Major Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for management of patients with diseases involving the kidneys, including but not limited to: Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), electrolyte disorders, glomerulonephritis (both primary and secondary), resistant hypertension, autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease, other structural kidney disease, other forms of genetic kidney disease, recurrent nephrolithiasis, and renal transplantation, including pre-transplant evaluation and post-transplant coordination of care, if applicable based on prior experience and training.
- Evaluate patients on both the outpatient and inpatient settings.
- Responsible for managing and overseeing hemodialysis patients.
- Responsible for completing telehealth visits, e-consults, as well as interfacility consults in appropriate the patient population.
- On occasion, the clinician may be required to visit a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) for the purpose of meetings or trainings.

Pay: Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases

Contract: No Physician Employment Contract and no significant restriction on moonlighting
Work Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. On call coverage may also be required.
