HealthJobsFinderUSA (“we”, “us”) is an independent jobs-discovery service for US federal health and medical roles. This policy explains what data we process and why. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), USAJOBS, or any government agency.

The short version

We do not require an account, and we do not collect or store job applications, resumes, or any personal details you might submit to an employer. Applications happen entirely on the official government site (USAJOBS).

What we process

• Usage analytics — if you consent, Google Analytics collects aggregate, anonymised usage data (pages viewed, device type, approximate region, referring site) via cookies. We use IP anonymisation.
• Consent preference — a small cookie remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics.
• Job listings — public job data sourced from USAJOBS. This is not your personal data.

What we do not do

• We do not store applications, resumes, or contact details.
• We do not sell or share personal data.
• We do not run advertising or third-party tracking beyond the analytics above.

Third parties

• Google Analytics — usage measurement. See Google’s privacy policy.
• USAJOBS / OPM — source of job listings and the destination when you click “Apply”. Their site is governed by their own privacy policy.
• Hosting — our site and job database run on reputable cloud providers (Vercel, Supabase) that process data on our behalf.

Your choices

You can decline analytics cookies at any time via the cookie banner, and clear cookies in your browser. Because we hold no account or applicant data, there is no personal profile to access or delete.
