Work Schedule: Full-time, schedule to be determined by supervisor.
Pay: Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases
Paid Time Off: 50-55 days of paid time off per year (26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid Federal holidays per year and possible 5 day paid absence for CME)

Major duties include but are not limited to:
Clinical:
- Evaluation and management of patients both face-to-face and by telehealth.
- The incumbent will be responsible for evaluation of patients in outpatient mental health clinics. The incumbent may also supervise trainees, including medical students and residents, in all of these settings.
- Practices safety, environmental, and/or infection control methods. Instructs other personnel assigned to health care team on preventive medicine programs and other appropriate medical activities and functions.
Administrative:
- Provide oversight and leadership for the clinical functions of staff and trainees associated with their treatment teams, including RNPs and clinical pharmacists.
- Serve in hospital or service level committees such as Medication Management Committee or Pain Committee.
- Supports and enhances VAPAHCS philosophy and goals.
- Responsible for ensuring Research outcome studies are routinely conducted according to VAPAHCS policies and procedures.
