Duties include but are not limited to:
- Providing clinical care for women Veterans.
- Maintaining exceptional Women's Health clinical skills.
- Providing patient care in accordance with professional standards, core values and commitment to excellent service.
- Working with all Clinical disciplines, and various Administrative Staff to provide high quality, continuous and consistent Women's Health outpatient care.
- Assuring the most effective delivery of Women's Health care, while meeting or exceeding compliance standards.
- Provides clinical expertise in women's health care - as evidenced by their clinical role in facility (i.e. PCP in women's health; preceptor for NP-PA students)
- Promotes sharing best practices in the facility's women's health clinics and Women's Center.
- Participating in programs and activities to raise awareness of Women Veteran's Healthcare offered by the VA and RRVAMC
- Activities may include Outreach programs, educational seminars, etc..
- Clinical performance measure responsibilities are to include, but are not limited to: Cervical Cancer Screening, Breast Cancer Screening, Diabetic Measures, Ischemic Heart Disease Measures, Flu and Pneumococcal Vaccine Measures.
- Other duties as assigned

Education Debt Reduction Program (Student Loan Repayment): This position is eligible for

Pay: Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases
