Pay: Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases

DUTIES:
- Participate in and/or manages all aspects of a Urology Surgery Program, to include clinical and administrative endeavors, including diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with urological diseases per standard, usual, and acceptable or customary methods and techniques in the inpatient and outpatient setting.
- Perform administrative duties related to patient care management including: entering progress notes, histories and physicals, discharges summaries and consults, etc.
- Ability to perform minor and major surgical procedures.
- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team including Nursing, Anesthesiology, Mid-Level Surgical Providers, and medical support staff to ensure prompt and efficient delivery of patient care services.
- Provide guidance to Urology Mid-Level provider(s).
- Participate in resident training, teaching and mentoring medical students, urology fellows, etc.
- Other services include but are not limited to: treatment of genitourinary medical conditions, performing outpatient and inpatient surgical procedures, provide consultations, work ups and pre-& postoperative care.
- Participate in various quality improvement initiatives, workgroups, projects, etc
- Other duties as assigned, per the direction of the Chief of Surgery, Chief of Staff, etc
