Education Debt Reduction Program (Student Loan Repayment): This position is eligible for
the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program. You must meet specific individual eligibility requirements in accordance with VHA policy and submit your EDRP application within four months of appointment.

Pay: Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases
Paid Time Off: 50-55 days of paid time off per year (26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid Federal holidays per year and possible 5 day paid absence for CME)

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Serves as a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) Primary Care Provider for a women's health panel and demonstrates advanced competencies and skills in assessing the physical and psychosocial status of patients.
- Maintains an active role in the assigned multidisciplinary health care team, promotes preventive health measures, and manages the acute and chronic conditions of assigned patients.
- Provides comprehensive assessment, diagnosis work-up, and clinic intervention. This includes performing comprehensive patient assessments, incorporating patient health history, performing physical examinations, and conducting patient education. Such care includes both scheduled and unscheduled appointments.
- Acts as the clinical lead of the assigned PACT team to coordinate and follow-up on patient care. Includes daily huddling, scrubbing of schedules, pre-visit assessments, review of tests, patient notification of test results, and development of follow-up care plans.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (subject to change based on the needs of the organization)
