PACT Physician provides comprehensive care to a panel of adult patients, from young adult to elderly. This position will work out of the Sierra Vista Community Based Outpatient Clinic location in Sierra Vista, AZ. Duties include but are not limited to the following: Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Works seamlessly with other health care team members to support VA quality and patient satisfaction initiatives.
- Provides direct patient care to optimize patient health including ordering diagnostic testing, prescribing medication including contraceptive medication, consulting with specialty services and utilizing computerized/electronic medical records.
- Provides patient care in accordance to professional standards, core values and commitment to service excellence.
Work Schedule: Four - 10 hour shifts, between Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
