Pay: Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Knowledge of the pathophysiology, neurochemical, and psychological aspects of pain management
- Ability to evaluate the patients presenting with chronic pain by completing a targeted history and physical examination and interpretation of radiological studies
- Ability to proficiently perform diagnostic and therapeutic invasive procedures including but not limited to radiofrequency techniques, spinal cord stimulator implantation, caudal and epidural blocks. lumbar sympathetic blocks, other upper and lower plexus blocks
- Knowledge of spinal opioids and implantation of intrathecal pumps for pain control in chronic pain patients
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with a diverse group of professional staff and management officials
- Provide educational information to Pain Clinic staff and Primary Care Providers and other Physicians regarding pain management
- Assisting with Pain Clinic schedules
- Assisting with creation of policies and standard operation procedures for safe operations of the Pain Clinic
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, hours are based on needs of the service
