Administrative Operations-
- Supervises MSA Staff to ensure efficient team operations
- Oversees the accurate entry of new applications and updates for Healthcare Benefits properly within the VES system
- Coordinates Scheduling & Patient Flow to optimize clinic efficiency
- Collaborates with Healthcare Teams to facilitate seamless communication and coordination
- Ensures Compliance with all applicable regulations and Safety standards
- Serves as a Liaison & provides training to staff as needed
- Manages the uploading documentations into VES and Vista Imaging systems
- Maintains up-to date health insurance information for enrolled patients in the Insurance Capture Buffer (ICB)
- Oversees the management of the Veteran's Health Identification Card (VHIC)
- Manages veteran eligibility by utilizing verification systems such as VIS, VBMS, DPRIS, ILER, and SHARE.

Pay: Competitive salary and regular salary increases, When setting pay, a higher step rate of the appropriate grade may be determined after consideration of higher or unique qualifications or special needs of the VA (Above Minimum Rate of the Grade).
Paid Time Off: 37-50 days of annual paid time offer per year (13-26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid Federal holidays per year)
Selected applicants may qualify for credit toward annual leave accrual, based on prior [work experience] or military service experience.
